While factory tolerances are good, precision truing and threading refine alignment between the receiver, bolt raceway, and barrel interface, creating a more rigid, repeatable platform for accuracy-focused builds.
Action Truing
The receiver face is trued to correct factory variance and ensure the barrel shoulder seats squarely against the action, promoting consistent lockup, uniform torque and improved accuracy.
Receiver Threading
The action is single-point threaded concentric to the trued receiver face. This removes reliance on factory relief cuts and grub screws while allowing proper barrel alignment and repeatable barrel installation.
Bolt & Interface Verification
All critical interfaces are checked for concentricity, fit, and alignment. The action is then cleaned and prepared for barrel installation or further build work.
